Rebecca has been a part of our 17 year-old son’s life for over 4 years. She has been an integral part of our son’s emotional well-being. Our son has dyslexia and general anxiety disorder which has hindered his academic and social performance. Over the last few years our son has progressed while utilizing the strategies and techniques that Rebecca has continuously given him. They continue to work together and now that he will be transitioning to college soon, we feel that she has enabled him to be a confident and successful young man.

What People Say About Rebecca
Rebecca has been among my first and top role models for living a genuinely peaceful and compassionate lifestyle. She is the person who brought meditation into my life, and for that I will be forever grateful. She is earnestly and deeply committed to every single thing she values without hesitation, from yoga and meditation to natural living and conscious mothering. I could go on and on about all the qualities in Rebecca I respect – most of all, she is a truly nonjudgmental, caring and deeply understanding woman without a trace of pretense. She has the ability to inspire and connect with others in a sincere and meaningful way, and she’s touched my life positively and deeply.
I am learning to meditate, using different techniques. Years ago, when I tried, I was without the benefit of a teacher to guide me, and gave up quickly. Now, I want to be in it for life. Rebecca encourages me to practice at home showing me step by step how to be successful, After years of abusing my body, and feeling out of touch with it, I am using it in a way I feel good about. Unlike a gym, where I excercised until I felt beat, yoga is gentle, but a surprisingly good work out. Rebecca uses a variety of mental and physical exercises, which keeps the class fresh and enjoyable.
